Unboxing your Glide

Section 3 of 41

  1. When Glide arrives at your doorstep, find the felt tab on the top surface of the shipping box and orient the box such that the tab is facing up.

  2. Pull the tab towards the far end of the box to open.

  3. Remove Glide’s charging cable from the box and set it aside. If you ordered a fast-charger brick or internet router, remove these from the box and set aside.

  4. Remove Glide from the box and set the packaging aside. Please keep all of the packaging materials together and intact in the box, in case the packaging is needed for a return.

  5. During inspection of your Glide, please remove the protective film on the top of its base and discard.
